Landscape Lighting, LLC d/b/a Patriot Flag Service

Serving Pennsylvania and Virginia

1. Overview

Patriot Flag Service, a trade name of Landscape Lighting, LLC, provides American flag rental services and permanent flag installations to residential, commercial, nonprofit, and government clients. By placing an order
or booking a service, you (“Customer”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Service Scope

Services include:

- Seasonal and event-based flag rentals
- Permanent flagpole and lighting installations
- Custom placement for residential properties, commercial spaces, events, and fundraising purposes

Service availability may vary based on location and operational calendar.

3. Rental Terms & Renewals

Flag rentals are billed annually and cover one year of service from the date of payment (“Anniversary Date”). Your rental includes flag delivery, installation, and takedown for each scheduled patriotic holiday.

Service automatically renews each year on your Anniversary Date unless canceled in writing at least 30 days in advance. By enrolling, you authorize Patriot Flag Service to charge the payment method on file for renewal. If you relocate outside our service area during the rental period, no refunds will be issued.

4. Prepaid Rentals

All rental services must be paid in full before service begins. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

5. Liability and Damage

Customers are responsible for any loss or damage to flags, poles, or associated equipment during the rental period. In cases of theft, lawn maintenance damage, vandalism, or severe weather displacement, replacement
fees may apply.

6. Placement & Installations

Flags are typically installed using metal or PVC sleeves flush with the ground or temporary rebar stakes, depending on the site. Custom placements—such as long driveways, fence lines, or commercial layouts—can be
accommodated upon request.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

All sales are final. Annual service fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed. If you cancel prior to your renewal date, your service will remain active through the end of your current term.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure lawn care providers are aware of flag placement and avoid damage. Children and pets should be kept clear of installation areas. For permanent installations, customers are responsible for securing any necessary HOA or municipal approvals.

9. Discounts & Promotions

Patriot Flag Service may offer limited-time discounts and ongoing incentives, including but not limited to:
- A yard sign discount for customers who display a small Patriot Flag Service sign near their flag display
- A neighbor referral discount when multiple households sign up together

10. Limited Warranty

Permanent flagpole and lighting installations are backed by a limited workmanship warranty. Patriot Flag Service is not responsible for damage due to weather, misuse, or third-party interference.

11. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Customer information is used exclusively for scheduling, billing, and customer support. Your data will never be sold nor shared.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Commonwealth of Virginia.
